When asked “what have been your life changing experiences?”,

I’ll look back, point at you and your programme and say, “that was!”

"a most extraordinary experience"

There’s no construction of paper giraffes or bridges on our development indabas – the giraffes are real and the bridges are natural fords!

A company with a ‘naturally wild’ attitude

Odyssey Invictus is founded in the experiences of Kevin Lawrence, Founder and Managing Director of The Odyssey Group and the work they have undertaken developing thousands of people around the world since 2002.  It is also from his work since 2014, providing people with fully immersive and defining development experiences in the South African bushveld and experiencing first-hand the incredible benefits a ‘wild way of learning’ can have on thinking, attitudes, behaviour, ways of working and peoples sense of well-being.

Linking those experiences and reflecting on how sterile and homogenous a lot of development programmes seem to be becoming, it’s time for something different; something more immersive, something more meaningful.

Something that more fully integrates personal and professional development with people's well-being:

  • Development for the heart, and mind

  • Development with ‘purpose’

  • Development that genuinely allows people to:

Re Think : Re Charge : Re Focus and Re Boot

Welcome to Odyssey Invictus
